  • Duplicate Payment: Refunds are granted for any duplicate payments made due to technical errors or mistakes.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Completed courses or courses with significant progress (more than 10% content accessed).
  • Non-refundable promotional offers, discounts, or trial periods.
  • Failure to achieve learning outcomes due to personal reasons unrelated to Testwizz’s content or delivery.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Verification: Our team will review your request and verify usage data.
  3. Decision: Refund approvals will be communicated within 7 business days of your request.
  4. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
